My Introduction
Hi I am Rajendra Muthye.
A 65-year-young entrepreneur and author whose journey through life has been nothing short of extraordinary. Hailing from a business family, Rajendra is blessed with a loving, caring wife and two incredible children who have been his pillars of support. The contribution of a dynamic & visionary father and an extraordinary mother truly impacted his life powerfully.
With a B.Sc. and a BE in Chemical Engineering under his belt, Rajendra has been a force in the business world since 1985. But beyond his impressive professional credentials lies the heart of an artist, always questioning the deeper meaning of life: "Who am I?" and "Why do I think and do what I do?" These introspective queries have fuelled his amazing roller-coaster journey within.
Rajendra's career is a testament to his versatility and expertise. He spent 17 years in sales and marketing, specialising in Industrial Fragrances and Organic Chemicals, followed by 7 years in manufacturing Electrical Transformers. His most recent venture in leadership development, through the Concept Selling of a product called Bullet Proof Manager, spans over 11 years. In total, Rajendra boasts more than 25 years of experience in people-handling skills. A journey that showcases his ability to thrive in diverse fields.
A pivotal moment in Rajendra's life came in 1994 when he attended The Landmark Forum, transforming his perspective on life. Inspired by a mentor's advice, "You are not paid for the work you do; you are paid for the value you generate for the organisation," Rajendra has since then participated & led over 50 programs, adding immense value to the marketplace.
Driven by a passion for understanding the human mind and connecting with others on a deeper level, Rajendra made a bold decision to pivot from a profitable manufacturing career to the field of Learning and Development. He founded Life Skills Unlimited, a program and process built on the belief that changing your thoughts can change your destiny.
Rajendra's commitment to personal and organisational development is evident in his innovative
approach to behavioural training, which links return on investment in terms of time, money, and
effort.
His three guiding principles are:
- 1. Investing in oneself
- 2. Doing more than what you're paid for
- 3. Walking the walk
These principles have driven his purpose of making a difference in people's lives.
Youth development holds a special place in Rajendra's heart. He authored the book "Balance Sheet of Life" to offer a fresh perspective on success, challenging the stereotypical societal definitions of wealth and luxury. Through his journey and his study of Feng Shui, Rajendra discovered that true success lies in balancing the seven key areas of life: Health, Wealth, Profession, Relationships, Social, Self, and Spiritual.
